I'd recommend booking as early as possible, particularly if you're getting married during peak wedding season. Availability is limited for each wedding date, and bookings are confirmed once your completed order form and full payment have been received.

Each item within the collection has a set price, making it easy to choose the flowers that work for you and your budget. Simply select the items you'd like and the quantities you need to build your order. I have a minimum spend of £450.00 for The Little Big Day Collection.

Can I mix and match colour palletes?

Accepted Answer

To keep your flowers looking lovely and cohesive, all items within an order must be selected from the same colour palette. This means your bouquets, buttonholes and other arrangements will complement one another beautifully.

Will my flowers look exactly like the photographs?

The photographs are there to give you an idea of the style, colours and overall feel of each design. As flowers are seasonal and naturally varied, specific varieties and exact shades can't always be guaranteed. I'll always choose the best-quality blooms available to create arrangements that stay true to your chosen palette and style.

Unfortunately, I can't guarantee specific flower varieties within the collection. My choices are guided by seasonal availability and the best-quality blooms available at the time. This gives me the flexibility to create beautiful arrangements while keeping the overall look of your chosen collection.

Can I add extra flowers after I've booked?

If you'd like to add extra items to your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. I'll always do my best to accommodate additional requests, but these will depend on availability and how close we are to your wedding date. Any additions will need to be paid for in full.

Are consultations included?

Consultations aren't included with the Little Big Day Collection, as the range has been designed to keep the booking process simple and straightforward. However, every order receives the same care, attention to detail and love of flowers as my bespoke wedding work.

Do you offer delivery?

The Little Big Day Collection is available for collection only from my workshop. Your collection details will be confirmed once your order has been placed, so please make sure you've arranged suitable transport for your flowers.

When do I collect my flowers?

Your collection time and details will be confirmed with your order. It's important to arrive at the agreed time, as your flowers will be prepared around your wedding date and collection arrangements. It is recommended you collect on the morning of the wedding, to ensure their longevity.

Can someone else collect my flowers for me?

Yes, this may be possible. Please let me know in advance if someone else will be collecting your order, so we can make sure everything is arranged & your flowers get safely to you.

What if I need to change my wedding date?

Please get in touch as soon as you know your date has changed. I'll do my best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability, but unfortunately I can't guarantee that I'll be able to transfer your order. Any changes will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
